Problem Statement:
The company was in need of a management information system that would automate its internal processes and improve business performance.
Solution:
TUV Austria wanted to maintain its leading position in the industry by providing efficient and timely services to its customer. They wanted to achieve this by automating all of their internal processes including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Administration etc. We were selected from among a group of vendors to work on TUV’s system and provide them the required automation of their processes.
This project was definitely one of our most complex ones. Being an entirely different industry from the ones that we had previously worked with, the company’s processes differed immensely from those of others. Our team spent some time to understand the entire business model and then work on automating its processes. Moreover, there were also other features that were required to be added to the automated system: company surveys, news updates etc. The system developed by our team catered to all client requirements and also integrated these additional features.
Result:
We provided them with a fully automated management information system that worked smoothly for their internal processes. It was done to achieve the ultimate goal of efficiency and time management and hence, minute requests such as leave requests were also given an automated process. This automation was much needed for the organization and produced positive results regarding performance and productivity.
